Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a meridian energy practice better known as ‘tapping’ – think acupuncture but without the needles!
It is highly effective for addressing limiting physical, emotional and psychological symptoms that are preventing you from living life as fully as you would like.
EFT is a combination of a talking therapy and energy work (the ‘tapping’). EFT can also be integrated with Progressive Coaching.
In the sessions we will work together to address and overcome the symptoms of concern. You will also be given the tools you need to manage the symptoms yourself between sessions.
You do not need to know the root cause of any symptom just how it is showing-up today and causing a blockage, distress, or pain.
The first session includes an assessment (not a diagnosis) and an opportunity to experience EFT after which you will know whether this approach is for you. Depending on the issue it may be possible to address it in 1-2 sessions but for others it may be a longer process.
EFT is person-centred and trauma-informed. It is as effective with children as it is with adults. It can be provided online or in-person (currently this option is only available in Dordogne SW France).
EFT does not diagnose conditions and can be integrated with other approaches including conventional, alternative, and complimentary medicines. EFT can be used to address and manage a broad range of symptoms and conditions including (but not limited to):
