Criminal Justice
I have thirty years experience of working in the criminal justice field as both a provider and a commissioner. I have a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the sector, legislation and national policy.
As the Partnership Development Manager for Housing and Homelessness with the London Probation Service, I worked across London. I had a lead role on the Supporting People Programme and local homelessness strategy groups. As part of this role I commissioned, reviewed and developed services for both young and adult offenders. I also had the privilege of being involved in the development of award-winning innovative pilot services with VCS and local authority partners.
As an independent consultant I have provided consultancy support across sectors and throughout the UK. Projects have included; strategy and policy development, scoping projects, service reviews, development of a national MAPPA training programme for the MoJ, partnership working protocol development and multi-agency partnership development.
